Nous souhaitons à Hervé Audinet (un confrère de l’ordre des architectes) tout le meilleur, avec ce qui a été une tâche effectuée par plaisir pour lui pendant plusieurs années. The ‘Design’ Hotel Les Franc Garçons has opened it’s doors in St Sauvant in the Charente Maritime. We wish Hervé Audinet (a confrère of the ordre d’architectes) all the best, with what has been a labour of love for him for several years. 09.10.2006 ‘Montravail’ et d’autres nouvelles
A Montravail (vois logement/commercial – Montravail) les travaux sont presque achèvés de deux sur cinq gîtes. La nouvelle piscine est visible dans le premier plan de l’image (à gauche), tandis que les gîtes 1 et 2 sont visibles au fond.
Dans d'autres nouvelles, le bureau a été maintenu par la SEMIS (Société d'économie mixte immobilière de la Saintonge.) On fournira des services architecturaux pour un projet de social-logement à Archingeay. La SEMIS a été responsable des projets primés dans le passé, (http://www.europaneurope.com/pages/realisation/construire_ville_projet_sainte.php), ainsi nous attendons avec intérêt de travailler avec eux.
09.10.2006 ‘Montravail’ and other news
At 17260 Montravail (for details see: housing/ commercial - Montravail) work is practically complete on 2 of 5 gîtes. In the foreground of the image (left) the completed pool area is visible with gîtes no.’s 1 and 2 in the background.
In other news the office has been retained by the SEMIS (Société d'économie mixte immobilière de la Saintonge.) to provide architectural services for a social housing project at Archingeay in the Charente-Maritime. The SEMIS have been responsible for award winning residential work in the past (http://www.europaneurope.com/pages/realisation/construire_ville_projet_sainte.php) We are looking forward to working with them.
14.08.2006 Maison à Archingeay (17)
Sur Archingeay dans le Charente-Maritime le dernier chantier qui commence est une maison privée à deux-niveaux, avec une superficie de 250m2. L'achèvement est dû pour mars 2007. Nous illustrerons le projet sous le titre 'maisons simples' en prochaines semaines.

At Archingeay in the Charente-Maritime the latest project to break ground is a split-level private house of approximately 250m2. Completion is due for March 2007. We will be illustrating the project under our ‘housing’ heading in the coming weeks.
